TEACHER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Teachers, apply for graduation using this form. Note that we have changed the submission process slightly. Rather than submitting one form per studio, we are now asking teachers to submit one form per student. Teachers, please see calendar for due date.

HOW the GRADUATION application works

In order to participate in graduation, student performances must go through an AASPA evaluation process.

• First teachers submit applications for their students to participate in our yearly graduation.

• The teachers also submit student videos which are then evaluated by AASPA.

• After evaluating the student performance videos, AASPA approves students to participate in graduation.

• Once a student has been chosen to participate in the graduation concert, the student pays the graduation fees.

• Finally each student is assigned a song he/she will play during the concert.
